    the Paleolithic Diet (very detailed)

    Boy, this diet is very different from most other good eating information. Beans are often thought to be super foods, whole grains are great, and I think potatoes are under-rated. I know potatoes are high on the glycemic index, but anything that is directly from the soil, without processing, is good in my book and in many books written by others.
    My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
