Do you know what I have become interested in recently is Candida. I think I have a prolific yeast overgrowth in my stomach and body, due to the past ten years of feeding it with wine and sweet things. I have had this recurrent ear infection which gets worse after a binge. Apparantly that could be a candida related problem. I have had scans and nothing was found. Candida does not seem to be as widely recognized by doctors and diet is never really looked into. I have also noticed my toe nails!!! Not horribly crusy yet (YUK) but changing and becoming flaky. I wonder what you holistic buffs think???
