    I have soya milk, soya chocolate... soya everything actually xD

    and starty: I have dust-mite proof bedding, but can't take the carpets up etc because we're onyl rentign my house and can't get permission just yet.

      Well, just make sure you damp dust and hoover every day...honestly it really will help. Oh yes, also, give your clothes and extra rinse and use non bio washing liquid...

        I use anti-alergen non bio my mum is very determined that I get better (I still don't do my own washing, I know, I'm awful). Haven't hoovered in a while, must do that soon, thansk for the advice Starty

          TG, here is a link to a website which has some lovely guided meditations -- I have downloaded them onto my i-Pod and listen to them sitting outside:-)
