Yup, V-8 with All one works for me, and it does make me feel better in myself, so worth doing.

All One Urghh
All One
Hi all,
I switched to the Rice Base formula and mix it with a carrot juice blend from Trader Joe's. It's MUCH easier to take than the original formula.
I dissolve the All One in some hot water, then add the juice. No more problems

All One Urghh
I love the stuff but was hating the mornings knowing that I had to choke the stuff down. I hated having to dirty and clean the blender - just too much trouble.
So now I use a tiny juice glass (4 oz?), pour half water/half orange juice and then the powder on top (the order IS important or it will stick to the bottom of the glass). Then I use a very small wire whisk to mix it up - amazing...so easy to drink now, no clumps to gag on and no big mess.
I also like mixing with V8 to keep the sugar down.
cheers!

All One Urghh
This topic is not exactly new... I've been around here for more than two years=-)
I found that mixing the All One with a youghurt drink (popular in Japan and Europe, but I'm not sure if it even exists in the U.S.), shaken in a jar (no blender necessary) makes it completely bearable (and not very messy either).
I'd like to mention that the All One is produced by a family-run company, and I believe they are dedicated and trustworthy and deserve our support.
On the other hand, I don't use the All One anymore. I have found other ways to fulfill my nutritional needs. But All One is a great option for those of you who need a simple solution to the myriad nutritional requirements of a recovering alcoholic.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

I love the Allone! I mix it with lemon-lime flavored Gatorade....about 8 oz of Gatorade in the shaker that comes with the Allone, then the Allone, then shake and drink. It goes down smooth and tastes great.....
I really like the way it makes me feel.

Just to update my previous post as now I have my supps. AllOne isnt that bad. I mix it with a lovely berry juice and it tastes fine. It has the consistency of wall paper glue however it tastes OK. The supps certainly make me feel better.
HCI finally got it!
