I was wondering for those of you who use the MWO hypnosis cd's, do you know of anything comparable in the quitting smoking department? I want to try to find a good hypnosis cd and try to stop smoking too, I have always felt if I did not drink alcohol, the quitting smoking wouldnt be so hard, but it is!

Quitting smoking
I did use a couple of hypnosis/subliminal message cds when I quit smoking. I also read a couple of books, one was Allen Carr's. The easy way.... One of the cds I listened to was Forever Smoke Free, and the other one was for women, but I loaned it to a friend and can't remember the name.
