This holds true for almost every thing you've ever been "taught" about nutrition, vitamins, square meals, eggs, proteins, any so-called "diet," ... really. It's a fascinating subject.

Had my swine flu jab a week ago, feeling fine, haven't felt the need to drink either. Just a thought, where would we be now with the likes of polio, diptheria etc. if we did not place some trust in these drug co.s and governments. Have a good day everyone.
