Tip - I've been reading about benefits (that seem to be increasing!) over the past year or so. FYI - Just read in another article that decaf has same benefits. I drink full octane myself, but!

This is interesting! I'm a heavy coffee, and have been for 25 years. I also had normal liver enzymes the last time I was tested, which surprised me, since I'd been drinking pretty heavily for 36 years. I don't know if that's the reason, but you never know. Guess I'll go make another pot!
