Is there such a supplement that will help me control my drinking? Do they really work and are they worth the money?

Kudzu and L-Glutamine

Yes they are good tools in the battle against AL but they dont actually control drinking. One is an amino acid and the other is a noxious weed! Neither is expensive and they are probably a lot cheaper than alcohol and the damage it causes.... You also need a big dose of determination and most of all a PLAN. MWO is such a plan so check it out.

Hi guys, I have just this morning started on Kudzu and glutamine. I am hoping they will help in my cravings and if I do drink that hopefully it will not be the amount that I was consuming.... can anyone advise??
