All One vs. regular multivitamins and milk?
Hi,
I am wondering if it is possible to substitute a regular multivitamin and a couple of glasses of milk for the All One, providing one is not lactose intolerant. It seems, although I could be wrong, that the amino acids are naturally occurring in milk protein. I could be wrong...Tags: None

All One vs. regular multivitamins and milk?
Well, here's the thing.... RJ did a lot of research. Her recomendations are solid. There are other good products out there, but in such an unregulated arena you really need to know your stuff. I'd say no, regular multivitamins aren't OK for what you need right now.sigpic

All One vs. regular multivitamins and milk?
I regularly eat a high protein diet (I feel pretty crappy mentally and physically if I don't - which would make me want to drink), including milk, eggs fish, lean meat. I only recently started an amino acid mix similar to All One (I bought it locally), and I feel WAY better taking that in addition to my diet. I also take multivitamins, and L-glute and have been on a regular basis.Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind ~ Bob Marley ~ Redemption Song

Charlie Boy it is right up there with the worst. I just mix it with water and choke it down. I tried it in a smoothie, but found myself in agreement with someone here... why ruin a perfectly good smoothie?sigpic

All One vs. regular multivitamins and milk?
I don't take All-One anymore -- I prefer to tailor-make my own vitamin regime.
But I did take it a couple years ago, when I had absolutely no appetite, so I used it as a meal replacer.
After many tries and many failures (I kept having to throw away my concoctions), I found something that did the trick (i.e. made it tolerable). I mixed it with a yoghurt drink which is popular here in Europe (and in Japan), but I don't know if it is available in the U.S. It has live cultures and is generally quite sweet. If you shake it vigorously in a jar together with the All-One, it takes the edge off the All-One.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

AllOne is awesome. I wish I could take it "on the road," etc.
I just put that darned evil tasting tablespoon in a quarter cup of cranberry juice, shook it up and "shot" it.
I can do that with voda, tequila, whiskey, bourbon, etc.
I can also do it with AllOne.
AllOne does not lead me to end up in a bad place. It makes me feel better.
The other stuff, I have no idea where I might end up.
Take the AllOne. It is phenomenal. It works wonders.

All One vs. regular multivitamins and milk?
I did finally just order some more All One. It gets favorable reviews because it's more easily absorbed by the body than a pill. Many people have been using it for years and feel it gives them more energy and improves their immune systems. I was trying to save money by getting the drugstore brand multivitamins when they are buy one get one free, but they do make me feel kind of queasy. The taste didn't bother me - I just mix it into a fruit smoothie and it seems to blend in. Like many powders, it does require a blender or similar thing - I have a Magic Bullet and it works great.
