I just started my program yesterday. Apparently I'm easily hypnotized and enjoyed tracks one and two. I am concerned about the vivid disturbing dreams I had, even though I fell asleep with a smile on my face. It was also my first day on Topamax but can't imagine that one dose could be responsible. Although I was a heavy drinker, I frequently went 3 to 5 days AF. I am hoping it was just an odd coincidence, but wonder if anyone else experienced the same.

Clearing CDs

I used to be an insomniac and the clearing CDs really put me sleep. I look forward to listening to them too. i have always had vivid dreams, but have read that topamax can do that to people, which I think decreases as you titrate up. I am on a very low dose of topamax 12.5g and the first dose kicked the cravings to the curb, when i had ahd problems all day. I was impressed.
