I only had eggs for breakfast yesterday and protein and vegetables for my other two meals.
Felt fine, and about the first time for years that I didn't consume loads of chocolate and bread.
It's a start!
Why is Bulletproof coffee good?
Could somebody with thin bones and arthritis take it?
Mr D how long did it take your friend with arthritis to see results on his no sugar diet please?
Thanks again
Caro
But I wondered if you have considered Vitamin D supplements for your bones.
Not sure where you are - but all over Europe anyway - the population are so deficient in Vitamin D ( no sunlight a lot of the year) that they also cannot absorb calcium from food & supplements. They go together.
When the sun does shine we are now in a habit of covering up, even the kids, from head to toe so rickets are making a comeback :egad:
