Now, I won't COMPLETELY stick to it... I love my bread too much. I AM German, after all :H
For me this is mostly about healthier choices, but also a little about weight loss. 5lbs of chocolates over the holidays tend to take a toll. So, I will try and ease myself into this.
So, today is day one. I weigh 142.6lbs
Breakfast:
1/2 piece of toast with a tiny bit of butter and wild blueberry jam
1 grape fruit
Lunch:
1 slice German rye bread with tuna salad (tuna, eggs, celery, mayo)
1 yoghurt
Dinner:
Fresh Cod fillet (baked in lemon/butter)
Brussel sprouts
And, I made a salad with baby greens, tomato, carrot, and egg - which both, Mr. Wonderful and I were too full to eat. :H
