sure the humourous docu-drama portions are wacky.
The Quantum Mechanics, Quantum Physics, Science and Spirituality segments are very informative and relevant when it comes to identifying how our brain becomes addicted and what is necessary to reverse and heal from addictions.

It's a set Oney, I think mine has 3 discs that play both sides. I've had it for about 3 years and watched in segments several times. The two segments I posted are some of the most compelling imo. To see how are bodies change when bombarded with either negative or positive stimuli is very empowering to me. But it also goes much deeper to reveal how we can reach that global consciousness. So yes I think very worth your time. What appears to be dry parts is actually quite mind boggling.

This is good stuff RC... I'll see if there's more on Youtube. Thanks...
I didn't say it was easy to reverse but understanding it is half the battle. I think the short of it is to starve these receptors (physiological healing) and then it is easier to address and manage the behaviour (psychological aspect).

I see you've posted on G's thread. Good stuff there too!

Perhaps--but the "diet society" wants a quick fix and we know that never lasts. I prefer to think of it as making healthy choices.
