Is L Glutamine meant to make you feel like this/like you just took Ecstacy?

I've taken 10-15 grams a day for muscle recovery and have never had a high feeling from it. I just googled "high feeling" and first hit said that you could experience a relaxed alcohol-like feeling. It's other main benefit is healing of the intestinal lining.
