Thanks Beatle. Another LO happy camper like myself. She makes some good points but there is one thing that I would like to pick up on. She says to start off very slowly on low doses. If I had taken 1 or 2 tablets I would worry that I would have come to the conclusion that it didn't work. It takes 4 tablets a day for me to work and often I take 6. LO is very very safe. If someone reads this and wants to start off at 1 tab a day then thats fine but remember you might not see any benefits until you go up and stay up for a few weeks. 4tabs/4weeks was when it really peaked for me.(although there was a peak too at week 2-3). Just thought that I would put that out there.I am a sobriety tart. AA/Smart/RR philosophy, meds/diet/exercise/prayer,rabbbits feet/four leaf clovers/horseshoes. Yes please.I will have them all thank you very much.Bring them on
