Some think that Leptin Resistance is the precursor to Insulin Resistance and Type 2 Diabetes. I have been struggling so badly with intense hunger and sugar cravings. L-Glutamine was not the answer for me. So this topic is what my searching has turned up.
I am trying to follow Dr. Jack Kruse's dietary protocol outlined in the link above. My goals are as follows:
1) Gain freedom from insane cravings.
2) Normalize sleep.
3) Improve body composition. (less fat, more muscle)
In that order.
I am on Day 4 - so far so good.
Thought it would be interesting to start a separate thread in case others are exploring this path too.
