For All of you who wants to lose weight!

I have a very great news!
I am following a low carb diet as obesity is linked to sugar as you know.
I have found a product that can solve all of your problem if you like the low carb diet,
but would like to enjoy bread.

    The name is: Julian Bakery.

Julian Bakery — Low Carb, Gluten Free, Wheat Free Bread

Their best selling bread has only 1 net carb. This is truly incredible product!
It is a game changer. I promise you!
I have two slices a day. One for breakfast and one for dinner. I am able to stay under 1000 calories per day with less than 10-15 carbs per day. Do I need to say more?
    Yes!
I forgot to tell you that it taste great!
I am loosing weight with it easily. It is kind of expensive at $7 a loaf, but I am telling you
it worth every penny! Check out if they have a store near you that sell their product, as they shipping is expensive. I bought a couple of loafs two weeks ago and with $15 shipping
it has cost me more than 30 bucks. Today I just bought 4 more loaf of this bread at a nearby store for only $7.
Give it a try! I promise you, you will not be disappointed!!!

    Cheers,

    Brian

I wanted to add one more thing!
For all the diabetics and leptin resistance people: THIS IS YOUR ANSWER!
    I am not kidding.
    However.
This bread raises the blood sugar for some people. It does it for me, as well.
I am prediabetic, so I measure my blood glucose frequently.
If I eat this bread, My BS rises 30 to 60 after one hour. Usually after one hour and a half it
    returns to normal level.

    Brian

    Be happy!

You are going to lose weight with it!

      Hi Brian,

Why will it help us lose weight, what is the ingredients list? Maybe I should check that link. Julian Bakery is famous for their very sugary apple pies, I believe....

Here's the answer to my question:

Ingredients: Fresh Ground Whole Grain *Wheat, Sprouts of *Kamut, *Spelt, *Rye, Lentils, Sesame Seeds, *Millet, *Quinoa, *Amaranth, Ground Flaxseed, *Wheat Bran, Oat Bran, Eggs, Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate (90%), Chicory Root (Inulin Fiber), Wheat Gluten, Yeast & Sea Salt.

This is obviously not paleo, however, I might try it for a time since I'm struggling in so many ways right now - trying grains again may be what I have to do to be AF. Regular bread makes me crave more carbs/AL. So I'm willing to check this out. I think someone else posted this on MWO (or I've seen it before somewhere because the website is very familiar to me).

How much weight have you lost?

This particular bread is well liked and recommended among the low carb community. And you are right - that's not necessarily paleo, even though there is a lot of overlap on some issues.

I'm finding there is a journey on the road to better eating. I tend to want to decide what is "perfect" for me and then drastically change everything and be there overnight. I consistently fail when I try to do it that way with diet.

I'm finding it's working better to make more gradual changes and see where I end up.

I would rather eat a decent low carb bread than try to do without bread at all before I'm ready, and then end up eating 4 loaves of Wonder Bread in one sitting. Of course all of our mileage probably varies on this one! That's mine FWIW.

            Hi Bruun and GD,

            It is not the ingredients!
It is the net carb. It has 13 total carbs, but has 12 grams of fiber.
So the net carb is only 1 carb. If you are on a low carb diet like Atkins (that is not too good) or the Dr. Rosedale diet, this bread is for you!
Even if you are not eating on any of these diet plans, you can still lose weight by eating less carbs! Remember! The enemy is sugar! Not fat! You are gaining weight because of sugar not because of fat.
If you want to lose weight on the consistent basis, you need to burn fat. Burn saturated fat that it is in your body. If you eat sugar, you are burning sugar and when your blood sugar is low, you are always be hungry!
If you do not eat carbs, you will never be hungry after a few days!
I can go without eating anything for weeks, because my body feeds itself from my fat cells.
Once I went on 0 calorie diet for 16 days. I am planning to go on a longer fast in the near future.
Lots of people do 40 days fasts without eating anything. Some people do 80 days or 100 days. Check it out on you tube like " 40 days fast". It cleans your body from toxins!

Now you probably think I am totally crazy!
Far from it. Just because I am not eating like the mainstream, it does not mean it is not healthy!
Look at the people at Walmart!
            Are they healthy?
            I bet not!

Eat no sugar, and you are will be healthy beyond your wildest imagination!
All your degenerative diseases will disappear!

            Be young again!
            Follow Dr. Rosedale's diet!
            I do!

            Cheers,

            Brian

PS. DG! If you did not try this bread, I would highly recommend it. I can live on this bread for the rest of my life!

ditto that Brian! I've been waving that flag for a while and living the life. since I dramatically increased my dietary fats and have been on a moderate (not low) carb lifestyle my body fat is self regulating very nicely which means my leptin signalling is working right. yay!

                Hi Determinator,

                Congrats on your leptin issue!
I am trying to lose about 40 pounds that was gained in the past 2 years because of AL.
I hope I will reach my ideal weight before the end of the year.

                Cheers,

                Brian

This type of bread can be a good alternative for a lot of people. It is still a refined grain with questionable nutritional net value to the body and if gluten is the issue a person will not lose weight and correct their intestinal problems. A thin body is not necessarily a healthy body. Something to keep in mind.

ditto that Cedars. you are a smart cookie (unrefined all natural cookie) LOL

I have friends 'addicted' to regular bread. really they are. this may help them out immensely. but for me, I'll stay on the whole foods as much as possible since I've already managed to go through my "carbage" withdrawals. a little something for everyone here

                        Hi to all,

One more thing that I forgot to add. In the store, if you can find one near by
they have it in the frozen section. The company claims that it last 3 months in the freezer.
And it last about a week and a half in the refrigerator. This is true that it is good even after a week. Also pretty good when toasted. I really like the #1 bread with 1 carb. Also tried the
"Manna from Heaven" but I do not like that too much.

                        Hi gotta stop,

Try it you will love it!

                        Cheers,

                        Brian

They also have Gluten free bread. I have not tried it so I do not have much to say about it.
While you are right about that a thin body is not necessarily a healthy body, a fat body is definitely an unhealthy body.

I sold these types of breads for years Brian. They are a Godsend for many people. However, if the gut is seriously compromised then even gluten free bread will interfere with the return to balance and health.
