    New Year's Day, 2012

Peace, Love, Health and Healing to all my dear MWO friends, old and new, past and present.
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

And to you Beatle. Do you still struggle or are you AF now? One would think that we who are so holistically minded would not struggle. But there is proof in itself that al has no boundaries when claiming lives. 2012 is the year of reckoning.....

I'm not perfect, never will be, but better than I was and not as good as I'm going to be.

RC, we "holistically minded" people are probably just more conflicted because we're more aware of what we're doing to our bodies! LOL.........

        Sending everyone peace and strength.:l

Well you make a point UW. 5 years ago I could easily justify my drinking since I took such good care of myself otherwise. There is a gradual decrease in the body's spiritual and emotional energies that catch up to us as well and then it's harder not to see that manifestation in the physical body.

Exactly. Alcohol affects me differently than it used to, and I know that's age related. Oh well, at least the writing's on the wall. Just because we didn't see the damage that it was doing before, doesn't mean that it wouldn't have led to health consequences! You know, they're connecting it more and more to cancer. We tend to associate alcohol with kidney problems, but there's so much more. Glad to be free of it.
