I've been trying to reduce my consumption of red wine, and the combination of Gluatmine with Kudzu has really helped. Typically, I was drinking more than a bottle of red wine every evening. During the past week, I've managed to drink no more than half a bottle. Definitely a step in the right direction. I was even able to keep things under control on New Year's Eve.
My question is this: During the next few months, will I be able to phase out the Glutamine or is this something that I should plan to take on a daily basis for a very long time? I realize that everyone is different, and mileage may vary, but was wondering about what others have experienced over the long term.
