I think it will gel in time and life will be good but I have to keep with the and regimen for me

It's tricky. Getting healthy again. I feel bad if I skip a night of walking my dog. At least I get that much. I have a full gym sitting behind me in my basement office I am just so tired all the time but part of it is being unhealthy. But hey, I did not touch a drink until 6 pm tonight which is amazing for me on a Friday.

I might need to take more. I take usually about 10 G around 2 ish sometimes I divide it up. I think I need some now as I am getting a sugar craving. I just don't notice a big difference for me but I think everyone is very different and has different deficiencies and such. I need to start working out again...

I take like 10 G around 2 ish and sometimes I divide it up more and take more but it has not worked well for me. Everyone is different and have different needs. Me, I think I need to exercise and take some Glut right now as I have a sugar crave and someone sent my wife a box of tastycakes. Geez.

I live in NZ and could only get the tablet form of L-GLUT. From what I have been reading here its not as effective as the powder form.
1. can I ask if others agree (but please don't recommend buying from the USA - as there are lots of complications in importing supplements, postage is horrendous and it can take weeks to arrive)?
2. Is it dangerous to take such high doses of L-Glut as some do here - especially if one already has liver damage?

OK - I am partly answering my own questions - I did some more searching - and I can buy powder form here in NZ
and I am waiting until I see the liver specialist before I take L-Glut as it is not recommended for those with severe liver damage - and I don't know how bad I am. Will try to stay sober and eat healthy

A note about l-glutamine. Its more effective when taken on an empty stomach so it doesn't have to compete with other amino receptors. Also, you may want to add DLPA to your daily regimen. Again, on an empty stomach. I've taken up to 10g of l-glut in a day with no problem.
The chewable l-lglut from GNC game me a cavity, btw

I am taking about 10 mg per day. I will probably go up. Wondering when the best times to take it? I am thinking 10mg 2x per day. Maybe around 10ish and then last dose at about 3pm.
Any feedback? I am going down on my Bac as it is giving me too may SE's. Probably go down to about 150mg. I am about 250 right now. Going to drop about 10 every 4 days.

To clarify, I'm using the six week starter extreme pack from the store, not just the L-Glute.
I have also ordered 120 705mg full spectrum Kudzu and plan to take it all with Liver Detox and super enzymes capsules.
I read in the forum of someone having super awesome results from taking the Kudzu, liver detox and super enzyme capsules, so with that and the L-Glut - I so HOPE something happens for me.Time to whip AL's Ass :b&d:

Hi AL,
Well I was told to do 20mg per week so I felt 10mg every 4 days would work for me. Near the end with the SE's I had to go up slowly (about 10mg every 4 days) so I felt this would line up well with how I was going up.
