Hi trixie - I have only taken it along with L-Glut and as long as I take it religiously, it works!! I am not good however at taking it religiously! I ran out and have just ordered two bottles so I won't run out again - so I MUST have faith in it. I have found though that it is only the stuff from here that seems to work. I have bought stuff from Whole Foods and it didn't have the same effect. Hope this helps.....

Trixie - I have found that kudzu works best for me if I take it twice a day - once in the morning and again at around 3pm. You may find a different schedule works better for you though. I've never found that it takes long to start working - maybe a couple days before I notice a difference.

And like sunshine, I find L-glut is helpful as well.

Oh sorry - I didn't really answer the question did I? yes - it takes a few hours to work for me, but it seems to work better once it is in your system continuously. It isn't something that I notice a HUGE difference with all on it's own just after one dose - but once I am up and running with it, along with the L-Glut, it really does help

I started it yesterday but just re read the dosage, and it said to take 4 x 705mg daily - is that quite a high dosage?

Yesterday I only took 2 tablets and I didn't notice a difference.

I have the L-Glut on order, I should get it early next week.

So looking forward to being able to have ONE drink or NO drinks and be cool with that.

PS: I got local stuff, the MWO gear is only available in the US and is very expensive to ship - I read somewhere that the MWO is the best stuff.

Yes, I have. Bacflofen. Naltrexone and campral were both fails for me.
Only hi dose baclofen is working for me. I am quite happy with it although getting here was rough.
If you go that route, take your time. Better to have a doctor but I did not have a good one- Dr L.

Trixie - The dose of kudzu I use is 1500 twice a day. I have heard many people having success with the kudzu sold at this site. Like you I looked at alternatives to save money, and several I tried did not help. I cannot compare it with the the kudzu sold here, but I have had success with planetary herbals full spectrum kudzu - I don't know if it is available to you in the UK.

Also, L-glutamine is available in powder form (rather than pill), and you can take quite a bit of that safely (for more info fitness sites like those used by weight builders as they tend to use l-glut as well). Also, if you get cravings, you can take some of the powder and put it under your tongue for more immediate relief.

Hi Pixie, I am taking the Planetary Kudzu Rescue, I think it's working but not 100% efficient.

I have ordered the L-Glut in tablet form, and I have also heard that the powder works better. I plan to take them together to see if that gives me a better result.

Cos - I took the Baclofen for a while, but couldn't keep my eyes open and had to work, so I had to stop.

I think it's a matter of what works for you, doesn't necessarily work for the next.

It wasn't pretty, good that you are able to WFH and can put your head down if need be.

I have just ordered some L-Glut powder $88 for 1kg. Geez I hope all this works.
