    Hi all,

    I don't know if this thread has already been here !.I have seen there is a topics of music in MWO already so I don't think of any song here .
    I really appreciate if you share here any link relating above or more Please suggest Therefore everyone interested can find the selected and powerful/provocative techniques/tools of spiritual healing here.
    Also please share your views if it should be corrected or move away somewhere.

    Day -6 for me !

    I have done both of them for 6 days and feeling well.
    If we stop breath for a while you don't have any think/worry on our brain . Try it now .Brain becomes active when we start breathing ....All the sorrows and grieves go with the death I mean the stoppage of breath forever !!
    Big knowledge to me !

        Thanks Techies for sharing,will see the link asap.
        I am little bit familiar with OM chanting/mantra.It's very powerful.

          day 9..

          I am enjoying these meditation every evening and tonight will be 9th day.
          I am repeating the same techniques and will continue for 21 days at least for the first time.
          When am at work I wait for evening ,I think it is also an addictive but not sure if this addiction is good for long run or not?

          Though I am living alone,it's tremendously becoming my enjoyment.I found this substitute the romance of sex as well.
          Its too much entertaining.

            Meditation is amazing, I started October last year and practice each morning after my workouts. It's going to really help me in my recovery.

            Funny how I can be so committed to health and wellness but drank to oblivion many nights. Well, time to let go of guilt and shame and live the good life.

              I also enjoying time to meditate.Initially,we must practise dynamic meditation so we don't need enough focus on our thinking,a celebration would be a good which prepares our mind and body for cool hypnosis and passive meditation.If someone starts from hypnosis he/she has a great chance not to enjoy it and giving up.So who are not enjoying hypnosis I suggest some active/dynamic meditation first.
              Now,
              I plan for an hour of meditation,but ended up with almost 2-3 hours as per time availability.
              Isn't it another addiction???????

                      When I feel any tension I simply stop my breathe for at least one minute there times and make a commitment not to take any hindrance.
                      Its simple in meditation that just stop your breathing means you stop your thought.That's why we don't have any thoughts after we die...breathing is a cosmic energy which change our life.Use of breathing we could cure almost all mental diseases and half of the physical one.that's why it's taking its place in the world substituting some medicines.This is my perception.How do you think?
