Hi Guys

I am starting the programme today. I am happy to take all the supplements but I wondered if anyone knew if its ok to take the calms forte as I'm on anti depressents?
Any advice gratefully received :thanks:

I have a quick question...Why did you post in the Holistic Healing forum? I'm not sure what this forum is all about as I never stop in here.

I don't know about the calms forte but I do know when I was on anti depressants I could not take any OTC medicine. I stopped my anti depressants as I figured most of my problems were a direct result of AL. I was going to try Amoryn, as recommended by many on this site but after a few AL Free days my mood improved.

I really suggest you and HabitualDefender try checking out the forum Just Starting Out?, and scroll down on the left till you find the thread "Newbies Nest".

It's a great place to start and a lot of the "Senior Members" monitor it regularly to help those just starting their journeys. There's usually someone around 24 hrs.

I think you will have better luck getting responses there. Just a suggestion as you will find that's all we can offer, that and share our experiences with what worked and didn't work for us.

I take Calms Forte and I take an antidepressant. I am not a doctor but in my experience there is no problem. It does seem to help.
