    gday. im looking for some good nutrition ideas for coming off the turps. i've given the poison up now and i want to make sure im gettin myself off to a good start. thanks.

    hey Warnie, how you feeling? my advise while detoxing is don't make any sudden changes in diet, just get through it. then when ready simply eat 'real' food and you're set. we literally evolved (and successfully or we wouldn't be here) on a diet of meat, seafood, vegetables, and fruit. stick with that, avoid the processed foods and cereal-based crap from the cardboard box, and bob's your uncle! you won't even need vitamins in most cases.

      Hey Warnie--good job comin off teh sauce. I agree with Mr. Perpetually in Love Garlic Man but I also really believe in supplements either for a good start or ongoing. It's like insurance that pays well while you actually get the benefits real time.

      So... good multi with high Bs
      milk thistle/dandelion combo for liver function
      NAC for extra liver support and lungs if ya smoke
      lots of fresh lemon water and or Vit C
