Have a squizz.
I'll be writing about how to meditate, give you some guided meditation, and also some basic Buddhist teachings and philosophy.

Right, if you go to the main page with all the different boards listed, starting at the top with the one called> count down till you get to number 16, that should be What We Believe....

Its a very good and informative read...
