Hi, I can only purchase the Kudzu locally in a white powder form that has instructions saying to add two teaspoons to a cup of water and then take to boiling temperature for about ten minutes and then it is ready, like a tea.
So, if I just take a spoonful of the Kudzu white powder and "swallow" it ??? Like some do with L-Glutamine,... do you think it would have the same craving curb effect???
I'm wondering because of the Kudzu being served in capsules and pills,... surely they have not being boiled before hand??? and it is just the powder in there??
Am I the only one that can purchase it in a white powder sachet? I've asked for it in capsules or pills and being told that it is not available.
Because of it being in powder I'm not sure about dosage or if there is any danger in taking too much!!!
