    Mouse Study Shows How Exercise Eases Anxiety | Psych Central News

    As noted, it is recommended to do 30 minutes of high intensity exercise several times a week in order to get this increase in the GABA transmitting neurons.

    As much as I avoid exercise, I guess I need to add it to my day.

    At least it is an inexpensive method of reducing anxiety.
