immunosuppressed, bad blood results, drinking, help?

hi, i've never posted in this area before but I need some advice:

I'm currently still drinking but planning to quit within the next week or so. I am also on immuno-suppresant meds which effect obviously my immune system, liver and various blood levels (mean cell volumes etc). I just got back blood tests which were not looking too good and am no wondering if anybody can advise me on lifestyle, diet, vitamins etc that could help fix this, desperately need to stay on these meds. if anybody can help or needs more info to do so just let me know

    thanks

I have faced it, a life wasted, and I am never going back there again

To ya'll my name is inchy. I am an alcoholic - and priority number one is making it to the end of this day AF. No excuses.

Inchy, glad to hear your going for AF very soon. the sooner the better! that will be your biggest help as it's screwing up your ability to metabolize vitamins currently. I'd consult with your doc before even taking vitamins as I have no idea what kind of interactivity there might be in your case. things you can do now to help are to hydrate a LOT with good water, green tea and soups. try to eat good if possible. dark leafy greens like kale, quality meats (especially salmon) and get rockin with the AF ASAP. let us know how your doing ok?
