Yeah.... gonna keep looking forward.
I decided to buy the supplements online because of the cost. I can pay with Euros- so an almost 200$ order w/shipping cost like 136 euros. Vitamins are more expensive here and hard to find exactly what I want in one place. (I am not a shopper unfortunately) So, once I get rolling it is a good plan- and will just be sure to order ahead for the next time.

I buy my supplements from iherb.They are in the US.They only took 4 day's to deliver to Ireland & it was only $8 shipping for the currier(dhl).

glad you got the book. I think all those kinds books have have some elements in them that are very helpful. I like having them so when the urge strikes,I get a refresher course. If one doesn't speak to me, another might.

Liking the supplements so far- worth the wait & great to have everything on hand.

Really I am doing so much better than the past 5 months. Not entirely drink free yet, but getting there.

Got a little panicky before dinner & put an L- glut under the tongue. And it worked! I am amazed!!
Will try again next time I think of wine, guaranteed there will be a next time.

I found the L-glut to be more helpful than the kudzu. I did both but when the urge came on, I'd pop one of those and it seemed to help. Good on you. Have a good weekend

I am listening to the CD before bed & sleep far better. In the morning I feel way more relaxed & am starting to like the All in one vitamin powder I initially found disgusting.
A bit of patience seems to pay off.
Definitely not a case of "I am 100 percent cured the first week though" & that too makes sense.
