Has anyone heard of the SMART Recovery program?

I came across a Web site for an organization called SMART Recovery. Has anyone ever heard of this? Their philosophy for overcoing addiction is very interesting, especially the sections on Stages of Progress and How it Works.

UH? Sorry! Fingernails too long! After my latest crisis I couldn't get on again so came here. I think I prefer here, probably just for the ease of access - took me almost a week to get my password updated for SMART.

Has anyone heard of the SMART Recovery program?

Sheshe: My computer died and I lost my SMART password. I got a new one within hours. I think its a very good site loads of information. There was some strife last year and the site was reformatted. However the basic premise and information are still there.
