    I'm new too

    Hi all,

    Thanx for the warm welcome! For those interested, the weight loss site is Weight Watchers online. I joined June 2006. I've been doing the flex point plan, so i've been able to still drink and lose weight. I have had to modify my intake from sweet drinks to wine or simple martinit type drinks. Now a I really am a light weight! so I have to be more mindful of my intake or boy do I feel like carp the next day....Mostly it's weekend intake that I feel need tweeking.
    Seems like that isn't too uncommon.
    Looking forward to learning lots from you all.
