This is my first 'post' which is an achievement in itself - I am a technophobe...

I am homing to start this programme today (have the MWO book, kudzu, supps, CDs). And an appointment to see my GP today - hope that he will prescribe to topa when I tell him about this.

What do I do if he won't prescribe topa?

Hi Chaaku, I'm in the UK too :welcome:

I did it without the topa, In the UK the doctors are usually against it, but let us know how it went ...
