    What are Your Goals for This Week?

    Hey All,

    Just curious-- what do you want to accomplish this week?

    I'm trying to:
    1) focus on my happiness about my CHOICE not to drink and how good my body and mind feel
    2) make it to the gym at least 2x (setting the bar lowish to start)
    3) finish reading the MYO book
    4) maintain a PMA and focus on the good (change is good, change is good... it just doesn't always feel that way!! LOL.)

    What are Your Goals for This Week?

    My goals for this week are:

    1. Walk 6 out of 7 days (used to do 6 miles a day ... USED TO)
    2. Restrict carb intake to "healthy" carbs
    3. Organize office, papers
    4. Gather all articles and citations necessary for writing (this is huge)
    5. Be up by 6 AM (retrain my insomniac self - slept in one day and I am now ruined!!)
    6. Maintain AF (wow - can that really the last thing I am worried about? woo hoo!!)

      What are Your Goals for This Week?

      My goals are as follows:
      1. Make it thru tonight without beer by doing Yoga instead
      2. Also start getting up at 6am and walking dog/ making lunch beofre work
      3. Die my hair and do a mud mask
      4. Organise my recipes into an orderly fashion
      I think thats enough for one week hehehehe

        my goals,
        1) not to drink in the morning,to make it to the afternoon,

        2) get a bloody appointment for this councellor,ive left so many messages,

        3)resolve the row with my boyfriend,

        4)finish siliconing the lino i laid in bathroom,

        5) sort out the odd socks again,

        6) not b late for work cos im drinking, they r starting to get annoyed,

        7)pay some attention to my poor dying vegetable patch,

        8) do all the boring jobs in my house i ve been putting off, ie, emptying the pipes under sinks, uggh , wash curtains

        9) try not to piss any 1 off, lol that s the hardest 1,

            lol that s just the start of it, i got to lay lino in downstairs toilet i got 3 men in house well 1 man 2 boys an none of em can aim right, i fixed upstairs by ripping up carpet an putting lino down an siliconing all around edges, very effective now my house does not smell like old peoples home!!! i dont need no man , i shud be a mrs fix it,

            have u got your girl pants on today, comfy ones or a thong !!! an it was spounge bob that assumed u were a girl, i just added pants !

                              Goals for the week : interesting one. Do I put down the ones that I feel are achievable and not too challenging, or do I challenge myself? I know which I should do, but can i do it? Okay here goes :
                              1. Not to drink before 6.00 p.m.
                              2. Workout on rowing machine 4 times (at least 2kms/session)
                              3. Catch up on all paperwork in office and file accordingly
                              4. Be more tolerent of all the teenagers coming and going every day, leaving behind their laundry, washing up and more demands for food!
                              Guess that list will be challenging enough.
