        how many u got, i got a nearly 15 yr old boy step son, who s a heller, huge, but we get on great mostly an a 10 yr old who thinks he is 15, but a shrimp, he s tiny, little an large, xx

            I've got 4 kids of my own, plus their friends who come and go. Girls and boys alike seem to eat huge amounts and all generate masses of laundry. Get on well with them all, most of the time!

              cool, r house seems a bit like that, son has had so many gfs it s hard to keep up, keep worrying im gonna drop him in it, never know which girl he s going out wiv, lol, it s all good fun tho, well when u get thr the laundry, our tmble drier is broke so relying on the weather, which has been rain a lot, 2day is ok so i got 4 loads out, praying that rain stays away,

                What are Your Goals for This Week?

                It was recently when one of my kids asked me 'why do you drink every night until you fall asleep'? that I knew I had to confront my drinking issues. I didn't have an answer, just said it was for me to sort out. Of course, Hubby has confronted me before, offering to support me, but that is when we fall out as I am not sure how to accept his support... because I have not been ready to tackle the issue I guess.
                I am ready to try now though.
                Taking the Kudzu and set myself the goals for this week. I hope to moderate too, not just delay the start time for drinking, as I know I can make up for lost time given half the chance!

                  im sure u can and will, my step son keeps tellin me im gonna die from beer, how true, he also asks y i dont get fed up wiv always drinking carlsberg ! how do u answer that 1, immore hopefull 2day than ive ever been, i hope u r 2, it s a long road but its got to b worth it, xxx

                        "Do I put down the ones that I feel are achievable and not too challenging, or do I challenge myself? I know which I should do, but can i do it?"

                        Butterflybe - good question(s)! I think if you're torn you should make 2 lists... one that's honestly achievable if you put a little effort in, and one that maybe has your long term/bar set high goals that you can carry over from week to week if you don't meet them. Writing them down & putting them out there is the first step to not blowing them off, and with a little support they may not be so impossible! :l

                        My goals for the week:

                        Get to the gym Monday-Thursday
                        Pay attention to cleaning/organizing my house EVERY day
                        catch up on emails to friends
                        Stick to my daily diet - including having breakfast and a only having a small dinner
                        Stay AF all week

                            1 ) Stay sober
                            2) Look for work. Not going well so far. De-Motivated when I drink.
                            3) Go for a long walk somewhere with trees etc..
                            4) Eat properly

                              Goals for this week:

                              1. Stay AF, one day at a time.
                              2. No smoking. (LOL I hardly ever think of smoking now that I have "not drinking" to cross my mind.... )
                              3. Do hypnosis and supps every day.
                              4. No sugar/high carb foods.
                              5. Get up every day and put a smile on my face because the cup is half FULL (of water and not vodka!).

                              I've got some loftier stuff in mind too. I will consider that I won the bonus round if I get on the treadmill a few times, and do some house cleaning. I wanna be a Flylady someday (a sober one at that)!

                                Cindi's Goals for the Week.

                                1. Stay sober i.e. less than 2 glasses of wine a day, 1 better, AF preferrably.
                                2. Get my expense reports done!!
                                3. Get to client site on time, 8:00 a.m.
                                4. Be happy!!
