Hi guys,
Just got back home. Feeling much better now. I find exercise clears it up, clears up my head.
Paula, you are exactly right. After the dozen questions, like what do you eat, do you exercise, do you smoke, etc..etc.. then the question comes, : do you drink ? , yes I do, How much ? well.. about this much (which is not precisely exact, but pretty close) OH WELL, you need to quit drinking for 2 months. .then and only then come back and see me if you are still having issues..see ya.. So, no it has never been conclusively figured out.. best I figured was stress, but it was probably the stress of my body trying to process all that booze, plus exercise, plus work which was hell at that time all piled on ... and bam, my body said ENOUGH, so I ended up in the ER, waited for 7 hours before a doctor came, took my blood pressure, listened to my lungs and heart, took my blood sugar, said "you look fine, go home" .
I has been manageable the last year, instead of being dizzy every single day, it was only once a month or so. Wake up fine, other than the hangover, about 1 hour later, dizzy. especially after I eat, could be blood sugar related.. all the beer being metabolized into sugar etc..
In any case, I actually extended my bike ride from 30 minutes to an hour.. It is beautiful out right now, got home, and then went for a 30 minute jog.. I feel great now.
I did have a craving but I took a Protein shake with L-Glute instead.
Don't worry Chief, there be no drinking here tonight my friend.
