I have to agree with my Aussie mate - it is addictive. It doesn't matter how much you drink, if it's a problem it's a problem. The real fact of the matter is that you are drinking 1-4 after a year of drinking, then in ten years you will almost certainly be in a much worse place.
Given the option, would you rather nip it in the bud now, or end up sick, lost and desperate? Damn, the choice isn't hard really is it?
