Monday morning

thought I'd post before I went to work, I feel strong and in control and knowing I have everybody here to help me too is making so much difference. It's a good feeling knowing I can finally talk to others in the same position and not start another week feeling like I need to hide my filthy secret (honestly I really feel that if I was to admit to anyone, including my husband how I actually feel I would feel so humiliated and ashamed) although even though I try to cover my tracks as best I can the next day I am sure others have noticed little give aways like spottty skin, hands trembling a bit, breath, depression. Probably kiddin myself that the whole thing is a secret.

Anyway, that's all in the past and as I was saying I feel strong, excited for the future and determined, so lets all get to that number 5 first and see how we feel then

Ditto Skye, I did the same thing. Thought i was doing so good for 3 weeks and then Labor Day weekend comes -we had company and 2 glasses turned into 2 bottles.
I'll go AF until friday. I'm on day 2 now.
