Kudzu and such

I have subscribed but havent received my free Kudzu yet so was thinking of buying some as can never get further than day 6.

Anyway does it work and should I ask a pharmacist before I take it as I am on thyroxine and blood pressure meds ????

Also can you get it as tea ?
