    Mike,

    I am so amazed with what you are doing. You are awesome!! Few people can handle what you have been dealing with and do what you are doing.

    Hang in there and pretty soon you will be one of the "oldies" who can help others.

      Congrats Mike,

      Yeah, I agree with Starlight, to read your first thread and see how much despair you were in and now you have had 1 AF Day. Remember when you posted your first message and how you thought that you were going to have some physical consequences if you quit cold turkety and look you turned out okay. Oh wow, I am so proud of you and keep up the good work...look forward to hearing about your progress.
