I remember early in the summer when I did that. What a great feeling!! :goodjob:
I have slipped many times since then but that first little stretch let my mind KNOW I can do this.
I am doing great this time around and feeling more and more confident and healthier. I've finally gotten over my AF brain fog and starting to feel mentally better.
Hang in there and concentrate on how much better your body is feeling. When the "booze beast" rears its ugly head and tries to whisper, and it will, just laugh at it and know it is trying to deceive you and you are too smart for that.
