have been away from my computer and will be away for the next few days so won't be able to post much,
Amelia, I am amazed at your strength, for you to look at your situation and make logical decisions as to how to deal with it are truly remarkable, sometimes I think that that is the biggest hurdle in the whole process. so YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!! love seeing those stars!
wakeupmom, I love reading your posts, and am always so glad to see them. It must be really hard to go from full to empty house like that, so kudos for your strength too!
Cuckoo, sorry to hear about the leak in your house, great time of year for that to happen!

I am good,Yes my cherubs are home!Picked them up yesterday,so my house feels normal(messy,but normal).We went out to a cricket club dinner last night.My son plays not me.A nice time was had,and i sipped my way through a glass of wine-Yes i said sip,and a glass,even left some.So albeit a lousy nites sleep.I am up without the anxiety.Its amazing how irrational overindulgence can make you feel.So a sort off A/F.Tonight i have another do,but will drive so no wine for me again.Its funny though going out and not drinking,does not bother me its sadly being at home that does.Anyway my lovelies.Hope you have a great weekend.Be in touch soon xxx

Great to hear that you had a night out and SIPPED through a glass of wine - and left some!!! Yeah, you do feel one hell of a lot better the next day without it huh?? Like you said, the sleep pattern thing sucks (I slept on the lounge room floor last night:H ).
So tonight you are the designated driver too, so you must be getting that AF feeling honey - sounds good to me. I am so glad your cherubs are back home with you. I hope you have a lovely weekend with them and enjoy your evening tonight!

Good morning Amelia and Wakupmom, glad to hear from both of you. Amelia, love your stars. Please keep us posted on how things go for you this weekend. Know that we are thinking of you and wishing you the best. Wakup, glad your darlings are back with you. I'm sure you feel complete again. Good job on the wine last night. Wouldn't that be wonderful if that were the normal state of affairs instead of an aberration? Rarely did I go out and leave a glass of wine, gin and tonic, or any other alcoholic drink left unfinished. Somehow I just knew it was a sin to leave a drink unfinished. Enjoy your night out tonight too. I will be lighting a fire, playing Christmas tunes and decorating the Christmas tree tonight. I'm headed up now to get my shower and then out to run errands and buy my tree. After that Operation Decoration is complete and Operation Enjoyment begins.
