Count me in, I would love to go 30 days AF. Starting day 1 today. I can't remember when I ever went that long. Last time here I think I made it to day 15.

:welcome: Twosox, ready to start 30 days AF for December. This is a difficult month with the holidays so be aware. I'm really hoping I'm able to stay AF. I have been doing fairly good in November with one 3 day slip but I know December will be very tough for me. My holiday shopping included a stop at the local discount liquor store and stocking up on almost any type of hard liquor, wine, and beer. Please keep posting and we have your back.

Had a rough afternoon when I was out shopping. Brain kept trying to talk me into stopping off at one of my local watering holes.

Beat it back, though. Very relieved.

This is the first real tough one I have faced and I won. Yea!!

Congratulations Cindi on winning the battle for today. Friday nights are always hard for me. I came home from the shelter, hopped in the shower and put my pajamas on. No temptation to run "an errand" as I always so eloquently put it.

Newbie here wondering what is next after failing health, a falling out with my wife and relocating to a new area, plus it's cold and raining, I know things could be worse but I continue to drink.
