AF is what you have already been doing.
There a lot of people already on this site who would love to have done what you have already done.
8 days. And I am presuming that's without alcohol.

That is what AF means.....Alcohol free...AF(Alcohol free)

Amelia, I tried antabuse a few years ago, and you really don't want to test the effacy with a drink...of any kind. You turn bright red, feel incredibly ill, and one experience is usually effective. The drug goes back to 1948, so it's tried and true. I started Campral recently...so far so good, very little in the way of side effects, not like naltraxzone.
Good luck with your new direction...Try whatever works for you...because as you well know we are all very much differant.
