Hi,

Can someone please give me an idiots guide of how to use the chat rooms.

I cant seem to access new chat, do I need certain software?

I looked in the old chat and they asked for a room name?

Hi jen,
Click on Old Chat at the top of this page.....most of us are still using this, but old chat is going soon.

Alternatively you can access New Chat by clicking on RJ`S post on the General Discussion board and use the link there.

Thank you, but when I click on new chat all I get is a white screen with a red cross in the right hand corner, even when following rj's link.

Any ideas?

Dunno jen, when I click on RJ`s link, I can access New Chat. Are you also having trouble accessing Old Chat???

Can you please visit the link below to make sure you have the latest version of Java on your computer? This should help you access new chat.
