I havent read the book yet (its enroute) but have read about kudzu and have started on the one you buy from the health shop. I have heard loads on here about other things like Topa and L-something and am a bit bewildered by it all. i am sure that all will become clear when I read the book but am impatient. I have googled topa but not found anything that I can take to dr or that tells me how it works or what it does. Is there a 'dummies' guide?

HI there,
If you go to the top of this page and click on Home and then on the left side of the screen you will see Important Program Updates. Read in there and about the second paragraph down there is a link to the Program updates which will show you what vitamins and supplements to be taking.
The L-glutamine is what you are thinking of and in combination with the Kudzu, esp., in the afternoon when cravings generally hit, is really good stuff.
