hey t. ahern welcome. i personally find the kudzo and l glut to be lifesavers for kravings and drastic need of repair. i know the first few days are the roughest but being someone who would down a bottle or two i might say of wine a nite if i can do it you can two. so, welcome. chat is a great place to go as well if the demons come a calling at nite and you want to make sure you don't drink but want to chat instead day or nite. so happy that you came on board. the book and all of it says to do are very much worth following
