Hi you all,
If you didn't order your Kudzu from the Health Store, could you advise me where did you get yours and what strenghts did you find/use?
I tried to browse the net, but every shop/site seemed to have different mg's or so..
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have been buying mine at the store, but I have heard Holland and Barrett have started to stock Kudzu recently, I think the strength is 500 mgs, I haven't tried it yet so don't know what results would be. Best of luck on your journey.

I got mine from Holland and Barrett. They have got a half price offer on at the moment which has made it a lot cheaper that getting it from the USA. The Kudzu is 500mg and it says take 2 a day with meals which is what I am doing.

I went in with the list of what has been recommended to take and they were very helpful. I got the L-Glutamine in powder form as it was cheaper

Have taken all the suplements now for a few days without any side effects. Now I know it all suits me I shall go in for a few months supply while it is so cheap
