Good morning firecrackers, Day 22 and back to work today. At least its a short week. I did pretty good this weekend but it was tough at times. I do miss AL, hope I can moderate someday. Will do my 30 days for now. Sweetpea, thanks for your encouragement. Rustop, sorry to hear about your lousy weather. We had a beautiful weekend in northeast Ohio and today its 61 and grey. Did get a quick walk in with my dogs, really pooped them out. Lukalee, I'll take the isle seat as I am claustraphobic and take the ride with you. Cowgal, lets take care of our mind, body and spirit, I like that. Hey something I read and posted in the ODAT thread. Do you crave AL more premenstral. I found out I do. I think that I become possessed in the week prior to periods, and drinking only exagerated my mood ten fold! I crave AL and chocolate in huge quantities both which I have read are the worst things for the hormones.

Sweetpea, Yes I am 67 days AF today. all thanks to you and support on this thread.

Rustop Good luck with the Exam time, I remember mine were extremely volatile much more than the normal teenage moods. Take some time out for you.:l

Hi ALL Firecracker,

Well i did say i post at night time. Still got my cough not that bad but i just want to vomit all the time plus my stomach dont feel to good seem to have a bit of the runs (sorry). Tomorrow going to the seaside to take my daughter and her friends on the rides at southend. I will sit down some where and have tea and candy floss.
East i keep on getting my af days mixup im 44days af , iwas 30days on the 13th may. Anyway i seem to have a crave for sweet things never had that much of a sweet tooth. But now im not drinking no sherbit drink(wine) i need sugar.
Cowgal it good to see you committed no more experiments for now on. good on you.
sweetpea looks like everyone is ready to get on this train lets get this thing started and let us be on our way. Your depression will be lifted once your on that express train.:l

Good afternoon friends, Teardrop, my therapist just asked me if I craved sugar more and I had'nt till this week, day 24 today. I started taking more L-Glut to ward off the cravings. Was starting to lose weight without AL and don't wish to gain it back with something else. Cowgal, I've been having trouble sleeping on and off. Some nights straight through and some like last night up and down, up and down. I did two loads of laundry and ordered some shirts online till 3:00 am. Had a doctors appointment for a yearly blood draw and was too tired to be nervous. Asked her about a sleep aid and she prescribed Rozerum. I post ya how it works. Also asked her to do blood work for my liver, hope all is good. Hey ladies, what is half term ? Kids her finish school for the summer in about two weeks and I had'nt heard of that. Take care everyone and wishing you strenght with your life and goals.

Kat0... 24days well done yep that sugar think never had it last year i think i was scare and nerves coming of the AL that i had no appetite and feelin very low in myself, well never had any craving for sugar last year. when i was drinking last september i notice i lost my appertite and was lossing weight so glad i find this site. But this time round now i got more a AF days it seems im turning towards the sugar and sweets.lol. 1/2 term is when the kids are on holidays from school just for 1week, there summer holidays are at the end of july.
