East, so sorry to hear about your 'stone in face'. I'm sure its only what the GP thinks but know exactly how you feel. The guilt thing about Al makes us imagine all sorts of things. My last blood tests came back ok but googling did give me a fright and I must admit is whats making me make much more of an effort to stay AF.

When you do get some AF time, you ask yourself why go back but Al is always there tempting you. It's a daily struggle. Thank God for MWO and having someone to share it with.j

I am doing well and have reached day 24 without any wine :yay: So am hoping that I resist over the coming holiday time

East have you been to the hospital yet for your tests? I am thinking of you

Well the other thing to try and avoid is chocolate this coming weekend - But I am not going to beat myself up if i have just a tiny piece - trouble is it has the same effect as al one little bit turns into I huge block:H I will resist I will resist

Just wanted to wish you all a very happy Easter. Teens on holidays and weather horrible!! Luckily older one is going to New York for a week on Saturday so that should make things easier.

Wow, Sweetpea, well done. You have nearly reached 30 days again. When you get all those AF days you feel so much better. Why do we go back? Thats the million dollar question I guess.

Hope you are ok East. When do you go into hospital? Hope all goes well for you.

30 days today is it Sweetpea? You are doing so well! I am not too bad at the moment keeping ODAT for me.
Have had my salogram, (insert tube into saliva gland, pump with x ray dye until you feel about to burst!) also my ultrasound, seems no stones but thinning tubes! glad something is thinning certainly not my waist! Waiting for appointment to see specialist now for complete results and any action.
Hope you had a great Easter I have builders back tomorrow. Hey ho only a few weeks more I hope!

Back to routine again after the Easter hols and it feels great. Have started another 30 day AF stint so it feels good to be starting the week hangover free.

Hope house is nearly finished East and that all goes well with the specialist. Sweetpea, how are things with you?

Rustop thanks for the pm have been thinking of you all a lot lately so just read some posts and saw Teardrop:racer: made me so happy.love the Avatar tear! I had to have some time out and a lot of family/business stuff to deal with, My drinking is not great just lately, think its this damn surgical menopause, not so much physical sweats, but not sleeping, (some women have apparently) It would be great to hear from anyone who remembers me. Love to all this website and its "mother"saved my life and sanity, I will forever be grateful.
