Good morning dear fireworkers,
Suki--you are too funny. I can tell you will be "Happy" today because I've been posting just after you on some of the other threads. I will probably be a cross between Sneezy and Sleepy today because my allergies are acting up (with a little Happy in the mix as well). You've probably left for work but here's a big hug for you :l for having such a great attitude. It's catchy!
Hi Pea-
I know what you mean about some of the nutritional programs being too intense to follow through with. MWO is definitely one of the most user friendly, and thus more likely to be followed programs out there. I 'm interested in integrating a nutrition program with "mind/body energy healing" as it is referred to in 101. But I don't know enough to go on about it at this point. I do know that the holistic health practices that I've had time to incorporate into my life have really helped me get my anxiety triggers more under control. One thing I would recommend from my limited (but reasonably researched) experience is acupunture and meditation for support in the relief of anxiety, stress and associated withdrawal symptoms. It's an amazing feeling to visit with the other side of your mind. The less chatty one that let's you relax.
Got to get off this puter and get to work.... Just one more thing for Miss Cheryl... day-one, square-one --- it doesn't really matter because one squared is still one. With all due respect ( I really mean it) to those that find numbering their progress supportive, I stopped counting because it was making me crazy -- all that going backwards and forwards like a duck in a shooting gallery. I'm letting it go for now and letting my faith in this process help me reach my goals. Just my 2 cents.
Love you guys, :h :h
